Hi! My name is Stacey Armstrong and I am the very proud owner of Paws Pet Services.  I have called Las Vegas, NV home since childhood. At an early age it was obvious that I had an affinity for animals, this allowed me to form a special bond with them through compassion, communication and respect. Growing up we rarely had less than five dogs at any given time, plus; cats, rats, fish, frogs, prairie dogs and more! My parents set the foundation, instilling a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to our beloved pets, all of which I carry with me today.

Through the years I have continued to demonstrate my devotion to animals by volunteering at local animal shelters. Currently I volunteer one day a week at the Gilcrease Nature Sanctuary where I am lucky enough to work with many exotic birds, chickens, deer, burro, goats, miniature horses and more! I absolutely love it and look forward to it each and every week. With ongoing financial support I am also a proud member of Best Friends Animal Society, ASPCA, The Humane Society, Defenders of Wildlife, World Wildlife Fund and Natural Resources Defense Council.

I decided to start my own pet care company after a series of life changing events and corporate jobs that left me feeling like I wasn’t following my passion and the very thing that brings me the so much joy... animals! I knew that I wasn’t utilizing my greatest gift, my ability to connect and empathize with animals and animal lovers. Combining over 15 years of customer service skills and a lifetime of experience with pets, I have developed a business acumen that I am so proud of!

At Paws Pet Services there is only one pet care provider, that is me, Stacey. Because I am dedicated to consistent and outstanding service, being the sole care provider ensures that your pets receive the very best care. Pet sitting is my full time profession and pets are my passion.

My amazing husband, Brent, and I are parents to our beloved dogs Haji & Eddie. Haji is our 6 year old, 75 lb. pit bull mix who brings us endless smiles with his enormous under-bite and bat-like ears. Then there’s our newest addition, Eddie, a Chihuahua mix that my husband found shaking in a dark corner while working in an empty arena in south central Los Angeles. Eddie came home to Las Vegas with us and it’s safe to say, with his 5 lb. weight gain and confidence building, that his life is much improved. An odd couple, yes... but they’re our babies! Our dogs enjoy their frequent trips to Red Rocks where they get to watch their parents rock climb. They are awesome “trail dogs!”

Paws Pet Services is licensed and insured for you and your pets safety. I am also certified in pet first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross. We are proud members of Southern Nevada Association of Professional Pet Sitters and Pet Sitters International where I am an accredited CPPS (Certified Professional Pet Sitter.)

I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration. I look forward to working with you and your fantastic pets!

All my very best,

Stacey Armstrong
