How it Works

I am absolutely delighted for the opportunity to have you as a valued client and will strive to simplify the process as much as possible:

1. Schedule Your Free at Home “Meet & Greet” Consultation

Call us at 702-278-0008 or visit our  appointments page to schedule your free at home consultation.

2. Complete a Few Forms

So we may develop a personalized pet care plan designed to meet your needs, we will email/mail a few forms for you to review and complete in advance of our consultation.

3. Documents, Keys and Payment

Please have the following items ready at the Meet & Greet:

  • Documents: Copies of your pet’s health records (if applicable) from your vet showing that immunizations are up to date. Your vet can typically fax, mail or email these to you. This keeps everyone’s pets safe: yours, other client’s, as well as our own beloved pets.

  • Keys:  Two sets of tested keys to the entrance we are to use. Keys are kept in a secured locked system and are number coded for client’s confidentiality. Your name, address or pets name will not appear anywhere on the key. If you choose not to have Paws Pet Services retain your keys we will return them to you at the earliest convenience. For liability issues we are unable to leave your keys inside your home in case you are delayed in returning and your pet should need more care.

  • Payment:  Once we have scheduled service dates a 50% deposit is required to hold the dates. The remaining balance should be paid on or before the first service date. We accept cash or check. We also accept credit cards and electronic checks through PayPal on our payment page. A PayPal account is not required in order to use this secure feature. Please make checks out to Paws Pet Services.

4. During the Consultation

  • Please plan for about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many pets you have and the level of detail for their care.

  • I will meet and get acquainted with you and each of your amazing pets!

  • Together we will review your pet care forms and develop a customized care plan to meet your needs.

  • We will go over where you keep your pet’s food, leashes, litter box, trash can and other items that will need to be accessed while caring for your pets.

  • I will take a picture of each pet for their file.

5. After the Consultation

After meeting with me I hope you will feel comfortable and confident in my ability to care for your beloved pets. You will be able to relax and enjoy your time away knowing that they are being cared for and loved just as you would!
